Compassion for Christians in Orissa:

Thousands of people in India are currently suffering dreadful persecution - just because
they are Christians.

They have been abused, beaten and murdered by Hindu fundamentalists for daring to
forsake the religion of their birth and follow the Lord Jesus.

Property, including houses, businesses and churches has been burned and ruined in
wanton acts of destruction, leaving the victims with nothing - literally nothing!

Christians have had to flee to the hills and to the jungle to escape death. There, they
have been reduced to subsistence living and to the most degrading circumstances.

The persecutors have shown no mercy - neither to men, women or children and refuse
to allow them to return to what's left of their homes - on pain of death.

These people are in desperate need of help!

We appeal to you to support us as we try to do that by signing our e-Petiition to the
